the long version
"The Police Plan" which was translated into Vietnamese "Kế-Hoạch Cảnh-Sát-Hóa" was considered by Lê Xuân Nhuận, the author of this book, the last "national policy" that the US top advisors suggested the Republic of Vietnam (R-VN) government to implement in order to efficiently resist the communists.
