Naked in Deccan

Naked in Deccan is a novel about those lives affected by the caste system. A wealthy Brahmin landowner and champion of the untouchables attempts to include a child from the lowest caste into the world of the Brahmin by educating him as he does his own son. Locals retaliate against the man, his son, and the boy for upsetting the dharma.
