Large Space Structures: Dynamics and Control

This new series is aimed at summarizing the latest developments and trends in the areas of computational solid, fluid, and fracture mechanics; multibody dynamics transport phenomena, and variational methods to the practicing engineer, and those involved in research. The first volume in the series, Large Space Structures: Dynamics and Control is the first such book summarizing the state-of-the-art in the area of deployment of structures in outer space, and how their nonlinear dynamic motion may be controlled through active and/or passive mechanisms.
