Gentleman Jack

An irresponsible young man is presented an ultimatum by his father -- give up gambling, or agree to an arranged marriage to a woman he does not love. Choosing the lesser of two evils, the man embarks on his wager-free life, but is robbed and left for dead on the road. Discovered by a kindly, beautiful governess, he is restored to health and agrees to work as a stablehand. As part of the deal with his father, he is not permitted to reveal his identity...but he cannot hide the overwhelming desire for the governess that is in his heart
