Rea­son­ing has im­por­tant roles to play in the op­er­a­tion of or­ga­ni­za­tions for two rea­sons: first­ly, when mak­ing de­ci­sions, we choose ac­cord­ing to what is for and what is against cer­tain al­ter­na­tives, and sec­ond­ly, we sup­port and get across our claims by ef­fec­tive rea­son­ing. Rea­son­ing, there­fore, is a tool for us to judge the sit­u­a­tions cor­rect­ly and to make good de­ci­sions.
