Peyton Penguin prefers peas

The story details a picky eater who needs to try new foods. This book has a positive message throughout which is: too much of a good thing (even something healthy like peas) can become unhealthy if not taken in moderation. This little Penguin learns to try new foods and ends up having fun and discovering new likes in the process. It has a rhyming structure that is easy to memorize which kids would want to hear over and over.
