Sometimes love isn't enough.... When Lieutenant Leah Gentry--nurse and soldier--goes overseas as part of a team providing medical care for those in need, she knows she's in for long days and hard work. What she doesn't expect is to fall for Dr. Adam Sauder--or to become pregnant with his child. Adam thinks Leah might be able to save him from his haunting past. But he has nothing to give her--not even his love. Still, when the mission is over and he discovers that Leah's in danger of losing their baby, he leaves his job to come to Kentucky.
