E-Infrastructure and E-Services for Developing Countries

This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of the 4th International ICST Conference on e-Infrastructure and e-Services for Developing Countries, AFRICOMM 2012, held in Yaounde, Cameroon, in November 2012.
