At 5 o'clock one April morning, the phone rings in Arabella Moraghan's bedsitter. The call is from Arizona, from the mother who abandoned her and her two siblings nearly forty years ago in Dublin's Botanic Gardens. They had thought her dead, but she is far from dead and wants to see her children. Within hours they are on a plane to Phoenix airport. Is it too late for Eve to be forgiven by her children. That is a question only they can answer as they and their mother embark on an action-packed, emotional roller-coaster ride along with Dale Genscher who is Arabella's messenger, and the motley of Robinia Meadows where Arabella lives in a trailer camp.
