When Monsieur Pamplemousse gets an urgent summons from the Director of Le Guide - France's oldest gastronomic bible - he knows the call for help means trouble at the top, and he and his faithful bloodhound Pommes Frites must once again employ their sleuthing expertise to sniff out the perpetrator. But surprises await them at Le Guide headquarters. Neither of them expected that the trouble would involve a nun. It also appears that due to a smear campaign, Le Guide is now awarding prizes for bedbugs and praising signature dishes of fish and chips. It's clear someone is infiltrating their files and trying to scupper the company's credibility - but why?
