Rumors are flying that she and paramedic Mike O'Rourke have been seen in certain dark hospital corners, and that Simone is having his baby! Sure, everyone in Walnut River knows Mike is quite the catch...the dreamy medic could restart a heart with just one look. But is marriage on his radar?
