A native of Cuba & long time resident of Miami, this photographer went to Latin America to look for his roots. These perfectly composed black & white photographs are witnesses to the vastness & diversity of the Latin American world that he perceived. They portray a peacefulness, even if it is a temporary one that transcends the various regions' political lives & instead requires contemplation, attention to detail & nuance.
