Deep in a London archive, former film-maker Nick Roker stumbles across an image that will rewrite his past: the face of a man who shouldn't exist. It brings back recollections of a dream assignment in Sri Lanka, with a dream girl, which turned into a nightmare - an explosion that almost killed him and wiped out his memory. As the truth about that night unfolds, Nick finds himself at the heart of a conspiracy reaching the highest levels. With the enemy closing in, Nick is forced to question his version of events before his memories get him killed.
