The George Cabots

George Cabot (1678-1717) left home in St. Helier's, Jersey in the Channel Islands to settle in Salem, Massachusetts, ca. 1700. He was the son of Francis and Suzanne Gruchy Cabot. George married Abigail Marston in 1702 in Salem. He later died in Boston. Descendants lived in Connecticut, New York, Vermont, Michigan, MInnesota, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, California, and elsewhere. .
