With those who are as children in experience, the toys of the world, its glittering possessions - that, to many, is their god although they recognise it not. With those who have gained a measure of release, and by work and concentration have developed either the fullness of the body as regards strength, or the fullness of the mind as regards the acquirement of knowledge - many of these indeed worship that which is a false god, and forget the one true God, the Holy One who stripped Himself of His power and came amongst men on the earth plane to show them what God was like."</h3> <br /> <center><b>The Zodiac Messages <br /><br /> Volumes I - IX - The Earlier Years (Nov. 1923 - May 1928)</b> </center> <br> <p style="text-align:justify;">These Messages were delivered through Spirit Communion by the 'Unnamed Scribe' of the Bible (Mark 12:28-34), 'Zodiac', who was once a teacher in the temple of Jerusalem at the time of Christ. </p> <p style="text-align:justify;">The Zodiac Messages, which became known as 'The New Revelation', were given by the power of the Holy Spirit through the deep trance mediumship of Miss Winifred Moyes, bringing to humanity a further teaching and explanation of both the Bible and of the Mission of Jesus the Christ.</p> <p style="text-align:justify;">The Zodiac Messages, include practically weekly Addresses from 1921 (first contact) until 1957. This form of Spirit Communion demonstrates the 'discerning of spirits' (<i>diakrisis pneuma</i>: 1 Cor. 12.10), a gift of the Holy Spirit which the early disciples were well acquainted with after the Master Christ had left them bodily, but which Christendom has greatly misunderstood ever since, assuming it to be about judging others.</p> <p style="text-align:justify;">These nine consecutive volumes (I-IX) span about four and a half of those years (1923-1928) of the earlier Messages given in the privacy of Nightingale Square, which provided a solid preparatory foundation before the delivery of more public Addresses throughout the United Kingdom and beyond.</p> <p style="text-align:justify;">These earlier Messages (1923-1928) covering the chronological beginnings of the Greater World League were originally taken down by Dorrie in shorthand, an arduous task, and were checked by Winifred. They were then set in typeset form, and about forty years later (1960s) six copies were typeset so as to prevent their loss to mankind. It is not known where all six copies are today.</p> <p style="text-align:justify;">This digital copy of the earlier volumes of The Zodiac Messages is a copy of one of those six typeset copies.
