Hippo cook book

The Hippopotamus Hamburger Restaurant in San Francisco was known for its many varieties (57 at time of printing) of hamburgers -- including a hot fudge sundae burger with pickle. Written by owner Jack Falvey, and illustrated by Wolo von Trutzschler, who also painted the cartoon-like pink, happy hippos on the walls of the restaurant.
