Absolutely amazing discovery of what American natives were saying. An Asian vocabulary becomes a Rosetta Stone to decode those colorful early descriptions of native America. Massachusetts was not a place----it was a Season! There were no tribes named Potawatomie, this was merely a recipe to locate a successful village with pure river water. After 500 years we must finally try to understand these clever early Americans . Their language and culture was not strange or new---not by Asiatic standards.
