Much progress and important results were reported in all research fields: Chemistry, Flux Pinning, Wires, Tapes and bulk, Thin films, device applications, and System applications. Of particular interest was the progress made in the grwoth of large YBa2Cu3Oy crystals and the development of a high frequency monolithic device or a down converter.
