If Jesus did not rise from the grave, the Christian's faith rests upon a fable, and the Christian's hope is a delusion. But, on the other hand, if He did really rise, no further argument can be demanded to establish His claim, as the Son of God, upon our confidence and obedience; no other evidence is needed to prove that He is the only Savior of men.
