Focusing the dialogue

Summary of the second round of hearings held by the Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples, exploring how the four 'touchstones' which emerged from the first round, can provide a focus for thinking about change. The areas identified are: a new relationship beteen aboriginal and non-aboriginal people in Canada, self-determination for aboriginal peoples through self-government, economic self-sufficiency, and personal and collective healing.
