Preparation was done by word processing on a Macintosh computer. All photographs were digitized for insertion directly within the text. The final product is essentially an e-book. The complete book contains eleven (11) volumes on three (3) CDs. The CDs are packaged inside the back cover of a green hardback book containing the first five (5) volumes only. The first five (5) volumes cover the ancestors who lived in America. The remaining six (6) volumes cover the British Isles, Europe, and the Near East.
