No space for further burials

After he is captured by Afghan rebels during the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan in 2002, a U.S. Army medical technician is imprisoned in an asylum, where he spends his days amid a besieged gathering of society's forgotten and unwanted refugees and derelicts.
