European Management Model

Thinking about management in Europe usually generates an image of diversity - different cultures requiring diverse structures and attitudes. But are there any common characteristics of management across Europe that distinguish it from North America or Japan? This book distils these common characteristics that could act as bridges between managers from diverse European countries, improving communication and helping them to benefit from diversity.
