Today is all you have

For many years, I have longed to see this chronicle of one man's life in print. At last it is here and I commend it to all who are ready for an adventure in reading and an adventure in living. For there is no way to read this book without sensing the imperative that God is calling us to go out and live with abandon, deeply involved with people, deeply vulnerable and honest about our own needs and trusting that God can do far more with us than we dare to ask or think.
