Melissa had discarded a sentimental dream of the attractive doctor who had inspired her to train as a nurse. However, his unexpected return to the hospital meant that she was constantly reminded of a fateful weekend. And so was Luke, for very different reasons. Time hadn't healed the damage done to his heart by her beautiful cousin, Julie, who Melissa knew he still loved. So it would be foolish to allow a dream to be revived when it could never come true.
