Knight in Shining Rust

A wonderful book that helps women understand how they got involved in an abusive relationship and how they can take the steps to end the abuse. It talks about physical abuse, verbal abuse and emotional abuse. It is very heartfelt and I felt like it was talking about my own life. It was amazing and gets right to the point. I feel so much better about myself after reading it and can now move on and stop the fear and anxiety I have been experiencing being involved in an abusive relationship.
