Cornbread, Bacon, and Greens is a genealogy of the descendants of John and Permelia Gilmer Seigler. The Seiglers lived in Dark Corner Township, Anderson County, South Carolina, from the middle of the 19th century until their deaths in the 1880s. The book is organized with a chapter devoted to each of their children and their descendants.
