Entries in this catalogue are ordered alphabetically by author. Where there is more than one author, the book is entered only once, under the name of the principal author. Multiple works listed under a single author are ordered chronologically, rather than by title. Works where the author's name has not been given in the work, but may be reliably inferred, are listed along with the author's other works. Works published under a pseudonym are also listed under the author's real name.
