Are you happy now?

the long version

John Lincoln, a 33-year old book editor in Chicago, dreams of joining the world of "real" writers and editors in New York. He needs a hot bestseller, and finds his salvation in Amy O'Malley, a recent Univ. of Chicago graduate who has worked on the school's famous sex survey. With Lincoln's prodding, Amy writes an erotic thriller. Her book opens doors for Lincoln but not in the way he imagined. This comic novel is about the hard work of understanding what it is you want out of life.
