the long version
The Struggle for Australian Industrial Relations describes and analyses what occurred in Australian industrial relations in the 1980s and early 1990s. It is a sequel to Dabscheck's Australian Industrial Relations in the 1980s. This theory is used to analyse the changes, and the increasing decentralisation, that have taken place in Australian industrial relations.
