Virtual Learning Communities

Dina Lewis is the Head of the Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Hull. Her research interest is in work-based learning, based upon her extensive experience of working with public, private, community and voluntary organisations using learning technologies to support work-based learning and improved performance at work. She has extensive experience of working with senior managers within organisations and across regions to support the strategic implementation of e-learning. Barbara Allan is a Senior Lecturer in Student and Management Learning in the Business School and Deputy Direc.
