Better boxed and forgotten
Sobre o livro
Upon his grandmother's death, Daniel Lintz inherits a rundown Dutch colonial in Detroit's Indian Village. Recently unemployed, Lintz has barely begun to inventory the house's contents when he uncovers his grandfather's trove of inventions and secret papers. A letter written by his grandmother provides additional details on his inheritance and warns him to not disturb the crates. It also advises him "to just ignore them". Not knowing who "they" are, Daniel and his wife Paige move into the house with their son Elliot. Daniel realizes all is not well when Elliot draws a picture of the house that shows a somber face in an upstairs window - and it isn't family.
