The lurking gun

For days the two riders had been on Jim Gary's trail. With his wound not yet healed and the fever still on him, Jim couldn't keep away from them much longer. And then he sighted the town of Antler just when it looked impossible to continue. Maybe it meant his luck was changing. Maybe he could put the gun-packing duo off his trail, get some rest, and then break away in a different direction ... But fate had played a grim joke. He could forget the men on his trail all right, because Antler, Nevada, was all primed to become Jim Gary's Boot Hill.
