Mindy and Chuck O'Connor's marriage was once rocky, but for the past four years they've been truly happy. That all changes, however, when Chuck announces that his boss has suspended him from work - for molesting a female coworker. To complicate matters, Mindy and Chuck decide to keep the situation secret from their daughter, Bethany.
