A retelling of the dual Egyptian/Greek legend of the scrumptious and vengeful Nitocris, an Egyptian Queen who built the Micerine pyramid. ((Doricha or Rhodopis in the Greek tale: Zelea in Musing the Maenad.)) Nitocris (i.e. Zelea) may well have begun her life as one of Dionysus 'nurses' -- a budding Thyiad or Maenad, not yet mangling animals or swacking satyrs, say -- not unlike today's houris, whom the remaining gods continue to 'muse'.
