The Oak Park strategy

This book describes the challenge of "Re-segregation" facing urban neighborhoods and towns around Chicago in the 1970s and also how one town addressed this challenge with an innovative program of reassuring nervous homeowners, affirmative marketing, and aggressive control of the fragile mix of people in rental housing.
