City speculations

City Speculations examines how different methods of urban representation affect the way cities are planned, constructed, and experienced. Conceived in response to the Panorama of the City of New York - the monolithic scale model of New York City built by Robert Moses - the architects, artists, planners, and educators included in this volume employ a variety of idiosyncratic techniques to depict the city.
