The real enemy

The author was a French Resistance fighter when he was captured by the Nazis in 1941 and sent first to Fresnes prison in Paris, then to Neue Bremm, and Buchenwald. He describes how he survived, through his determination, his faith in God, and his conviction that the "real enemy"--Hate, greed, and cruelty-was within one's self.
