Pushp Raj Chaswal's (Casavala's) first novel (उपन्यास) Karma-Kshetra (कर्मक्षेत्र) mostly delineates author's philosophy on how the employer and employee work-relationships should be. Story of a man high in ideals and ideas who with the help of like minded people in worker's union is leading the struggle against the 1960's-1990's autocratic employer's system in India, and is trying to unite the services sector - bankers, educators, insurance-workers all over India to change the work-place rules for ever.
