This book brings together the themes of gender, sexuality, violence and organizations. The authors synthesize the literature and research which has been done in these fields and provide a coherent framework for understanding the inter-relationship between these concepts. The importance of violence and abuse, and particularly men's violence to women, children and other men has been well established, especially through feminist and some pro-feminist research.
