In doing so the text takes into consideration the national law of the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, and the USA. Topics that are dealt with include: contract law, consumer protection, intellectual property law, unfair competition, antitrust law, liability of providers, money transactions, privacy and data protection. The country-specific contributions follow a questionnaire which can be found in the beginning.
