The book begins with an original fairy tale which outlines the mind's experience in meditation, with individual characters signifying specific archetypal forces within the individual. The story and the explanations which follow reveal how the practice of meditation allows us to weave all these elements into a single, harmonious whole as well as giving an understanding of the experiences a meditator may come across. A selection of meditation exercises follows, including general guidelines on posture breath and form.
