Rights and responsibilities in a changing workplace

A review of the Employment Standards Act was begun in 1993 and submissions from the public (See: Review of the Employment Standards Act : submissions) were made to the Ministry of Labour and Consumer Affairs. Ministry name changed in late 1993 and the final report was issued by the new Ministry of Skills, Training and Labour.
