Bk. 1: Covers physical, social, emotional, language and cognitive development of children from birth to 7 years and includes a section on children with disability and their families. Bk. 2: Covers working and caring for babies and young children with particular empahasis on child protection, social and legal frameworks, health care and early years curriculum.
