Manhattan, Manitoulin

At the end of a tour in the Caribbean, successful, single New York travel agnt Lily Gardner is at the peak of her career when she meets a man who owns a boat and lives on an island ... in Canada. Lily follows Will north, trading in her hot tropical islands for the cold island of Manitoulin. A summer visit becomes an engagement as Lily falls in love despite the distance between Manhattan and Manitoulin. She begins to put down roots, reinventing herself in a new life far from the streets of New York. Winter arrives, however, and tests Lily's love and her ambitions. Lily has to confront her assumptions and her desires to survive loss, betrayal, and the challenges of growth.
