Cohen has never registered with California Secretary of State, Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department, LA Office of Finance, Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk. Cohen has been conducting business illegally in several states and is also not registered in any of those states, or any state in the U.S., nor any country. Cohen has never been certified as a personal trainer as she has always claimed and has never attended any institution of higher learning to even begin the process of earning what credentials she does claim as a nutritionist, registered dietician, personal trainer, life coach, wellness expert, etc. For anyone who knows about the book she had published please notice that the title page has NASM, FNS, under her name. This is a false credential. The National Academy of Sports Medicine has no certifications for Sima Cohen nor any of her many aliases. Cohen is not Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) certified nor has she ever been certified in anything ever via NASM, ACE, nor any credentialing program.
