This book is based on documents that were secret once and have became secret closed documents again after the revolution of 1992. These documents are from archives of national security of Russia, Ukraine, Great Britain and the United States. The book illuminates dramatic events in West Ukraine in the years after WWII, and covers National resistence bandit groups in West Ukraine and their struggle with Soviet ascendancy and the Soviet regime.
