Ready Susanto was born in Palembang, December 25, 1967. Graduated from the Department of Journalism Faculty of Communication Science, University of Padjadjaran in 1992. Worked as an editor at the Pustaka Utama Grafiti Publisher, Jakarta (1993-1998), Mizan Publishers, Bandung (1999), and co-founder of Kiblat Buku Utama Publishers, Bandung (2000).
