In the autumn of 1908, the young Julio Camba accepted the offer from La Correspondencia de España to travel to Constantinople to report on the political changes following the Young Turk revolution and that hung in the air over much of the continent. Collected for the first time in this volume are the chronicles Camba sent to his newspaper from the capital of Turkey, recovering a large number of texts that were never previously published or hidden among the different editions launched simultaneously by the daily and thus virtually unpublished.
