In a modern-day reign of terror, drug cartels control much of Mexico's government and economy. Now their sights are set on the American Southwest. Unable to stem the tide and desperate for a solution, the US government calls on Jack Tallon, a retired, highly decorated Special Forces colonel with a hardened personality to match -- who also happens to be a resident of the federal prison system. After he's sprung from 'Club Fed', Tallon will lead a team of elite soldiers on a daring paramilitary mission to hit the cartels where they live.
